Staff were nice and helpful. The room was exactly what I needed during my stay. Breakfast each morning on Level M was delicious and filling. Convenient location to Bukit Bintang Station, shops and dinning around the area.

Nice hotel,good location

Well located hotel with friendly efficient staff. A few small complaints. Gym machines rubbish and need replacing. Fridge not working in room. Otherwise good.
