We liked that we were close to services we needed during our stay. I would have liked a bigger shower area, I bent down to get shampoo and whacked my head on shower handle. Or maybe im too big??? Hehe.

Hotel was spotless and staff extremely friendly. Only 2 issues.. no body wash in the dispenser and no parking available, despite being told it should not be an issue for us. Breakfast was just Ok.. was not hot and things like backn and sausages cit into 3rds to eke out. Would stay at the hotel again but grab a fresh breakfast in the city

Lovely apartment, beautiful views and spacious. Had a few miscommunications with the reception staff regarding payment of the room (it was prepaid) and confusion over availability of carparking. Also disappointed that the website is misleading as there is no gym facility available. Walking distance to CBD (uphill). Bottleo across the road and a great park for kids on the other side of the building.

Many food options nr by. Across the road is City Mission. They care for and feed, every day, the too many homeless people of Auckland. Majority are men. Loved my stay. Sunlight was beeming into room as a welcome, upon arrival. AND NO PLUG IN HAND BASIN, again, like last year. I need a plug to wash my contact lenses

This hotel is relatively new and is relatively close to both Auckland airport as well as Auckland CBD. Rooms are modern and clean. A nice touch is the coffee pod machine in the room. The room we stayed in had a balcony. Although we were on the road front, there was little noise from traffic. The meals in the restaurant are of great quality for both breakfast and dinner. Coffee is also awesome! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free parking is available along the roadside in front of the hotel and also beside the hotel. The hotel has a gym and spa coming soon. These would top off an already great place to stay. This hotel is great value for money.
