Usually love this place - but when I checked in I was not asked to show my vaccination passport - which I found strange. The pool area was so busy - understandable as it was a beautiful day. But it was so full in the pool - no system for keeping numbers to what was stated on the paper in our room. When people would leave - the chairs & area was just a mess. No one cleaned up & we stayed for 5 hours. Disappointing as usually it’s very tidy & organised.

Had an incredible time, staff were always friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Luxury with an affordable price tag.

Staff in lounge bar very nice. Arrival was disappointing took 3 attempts with access cards to gain entry to room. Shuttle only operates on 3 days used to be every day.

Very disappointing drop in standards across the board, from what was the langham - it was my hotel of choice more than a decade. I will not be back sadly.
