Room was great, staff were lovely. One of the only outdoor pools in AKL City which is great for my toddler. Eight Restaurant is also very good.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was overall cordial, but our check in experience was quite bad - we didn’t get our room keys until 3:55pm (the check in time was 3pm and we were at the lobby since 2pm). The hotel was quite busy which was probably the cause for that, but it was quite a big delay we barely got a “sorry” for it.

The new addition to the Cordis, the Pinnacle wing, was lovely to stay in. Nice spacious modern rooms. Excellent beds and bedding. A quiet aircon and a relatively quiet location.

Housekeeping never came. Had to call them to come and they still don’t come everyday. The pillowcase had moulds on it.

A great hotel. Thanks to Hotels.com we managed to get a great price for our stay. The room was spacious and new. The facilities were great, albeit would be nicer if the pool access was easier. The shuttle was a great perk!
