Very clean hotel in a very good location. The staff is excellent, very attentive,polite, they smile and say hello(Yello) all the time the see you, lovely people. Room has a good size and new design, big bathroom, good bed and really nice pillows. All these at a bargain price.Would recommend!

the place is in a good spot but you have trouble with the shop if you want to get to the parking before it opens at 10am 2 time i was told i could not get my motor bike before 10 am then the parking people told me it is 24/7. the motel is nosey you can hear people in the hallway all night then every Morring at 4am when people going to get the 1st flight out of the island the room was clean but does not have a fridge ect to keep items cold

This hotel at Kuta is at the center of action in Bali. Close to airport (10-15min taxi), beach 5min walk, scoot hiring, restaurants and many shops. Buffet at Yello hotel is of huge choices at very reasonably price at A$15. You can make base here and explore other parts of Bali on certain days at your choice, given traffic is horrendous, which can be 5km/hr.

Connected to the mall so easy access with the shopping and variety of choices of dining options. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Has good WiFi connectivity. Only cons were if the mall is not open you have to take the long way around outside the mall to get in and out. Pretty safe walking around though.

It’s a good hotel in a great location. Room floor was dirty with food crumbs and night stand had a spider web. I asked them to deep clean it and they did so that’s nice. Walls are paper thin so you can hear rooms next to you and hallway.

Overall experience is amazing! The staff and crew are great and kind! The breakfast is solid! The hospitality is fantastic! The only few flaws (that are outweighed by other factors such as the hospitality of the crew and staff, their food, the location, etc.): - my water knob fell off the very first time we tried to use it. We called for the service and they repaired it. But after two more days, it fell off again - ants are pretty bad but that's just everywhere in Bali area with its climate - one of our three rooms has a bathroom sliding door that keeps sliding open (due to its slanted and poor construction) - the TVs in our room lost signals multiple times But again, overall,the hospitality and the awesomeness of the crew outweigh them. We had a blast!

I liken this hotel because it is near the beach, shopping mall is just next to it and many attractions and eateries within short walking distance but I hate the traffic jam leading to the hotel.
