The spacious room with separate bedroom. Big bathroom. Very clean rooms, quiet, close to shopping area. Full kitchen with all necessary supplies and utensils. Only issue is heating was slowing. And internet slowed.

Super easy Check in and check out - super friendly staff - communication excellent during a maintenance issue that did not involve or impact our stay. Very comfortable - quiet - everything we needed while we were there for a hockey tournament. We will definitely be back if we are in Lake Placid again. Thanks for a great stay.

Suite was good. Could have been cleaner. Yellow condensation dripping from the ceiling in rhe bathroom after showers. The floors NEED TO BE MOPPED, BADLY. A white pair of socks was completely black (not an exaggeration) after 5 min walking in the room. A fly strip wouldnt hurt either.

This is a very good residential-style property, good value. Separate bedroom, updated bathroom with two doors, one to the living room/kitchen, one to the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and two closets. All very clean, also the lighting was good, with no harsh fluorescent lights. Check-in is at a separate property on Mirror Lake Drive, but that was very straightforward and the direction were easy. This is very close to Hannaford's grocery store plaza. A couple of very minor points. The glass bathroom shower is a little awkward to reach around to turn on and regulate the water/temperature. Also, (explaining the points off for property condition and area around the property), there is some kind of excavation happening in back of the hotel involving heavy equipment. I assume that is temporary.

Disappointed and never again.

It was just OK… very disappointed with Lake placid almost impossible for to park anywhere without paying for any parking….being partially handicap as a veteran it wasn’t a very good experience. Saranac outshines Lake Placid with their friendly parking conditions, their reasonable priced restaurants, their lakes, their seanic Mountain View’s and their very customer service approach. We know where to go the next time. Thank you

Residences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories.
