Been staying at Hilton Desert Retreat for years now, it's fully gated so it's safe, quiet part of town anyway, 5 minute drive to the Strip, lots of breakfast joints nearby, all the amenities of home, full kitchen with utensils, fridge, coffee maker etc. The rooms are either 1 or 2 beds and bathrooms, each room has a balcony, walk in closets, in room safe. Also provided are shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc..easy check in, check out..our favorite place to stay while in Vegas

Excellent staff. They have reintroduced room cleaning during stay. I stayed for nine nights which was the same as last time I was here, and the room was cleaned twice during my stay this time. A bit disappointed with their ECO friendly policy as there was no separate containers in the bin storage to place cardboard/paper, plastics, and cans.

Nice place but uber becomes very expensive if you’re going to the strip. It wasnt walking distance and saw a lot of homeless sleeping in street outside of resort

We loved the full kitchen, washer and dryer. The room was wonderful with the walk-in closet. The upstairs neighbor was a little loud while thumping as they walked. Other than that the two pools and the workout room was great. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

The unit was very clean. The staff was incredible! Parking was plentiful. The only thing is that due to the age of the complex, we could hear every sound that occurred. That got old after not too much time there.

Nice room size. We had a 2 bedroom which had a full kitchen, living space. We received daily communication with staff to see if we had any needs. I liked the area with several convenience stores just a block away. Only complaint is I found the coach uncomfortable.

This property was an absolute surprise. It was so beautiful and well-maintained outside. Then we get into the apartment and it’s in fantastic shape. air-conditioning, full-size appliances, king-size bed, kitchen stocked with dishes, a private patio with table and chairs. The pool area was fantastic with two big pools, two hot tubs, lots of chairs with umbrellas, and BBQ grills. The fitness center had a nice amount of different equipment and weights.

I enjoyed my stay from start to finish. We stayed for 6 days. The suite was very neat and clean when we arrived. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were not over bearing. They texted us every morning to see if we needed anything and if we did, they brung it right away. If i had to complain about anything, it would be the dryer. It took forever to dry a load of clothes. Other than that everything went well.

Staff definitely needs more, if not way more training in the area of cutesy, communication skills, greater knowledge of customer history and appreciation. My history of stay with family at this property dates back to approximately 9yrs, and to haven’t been treated the way I was by Mr BOB (security) on the morning of my check out, is totally unwanted. His reason being that, according to his boss, there’s no extension of stay. As it turned out, I had no reason to extend my stay whatsoever.
