I am never staying here ever again, this is also a timeshare so they do not provide any clean towels, they do not clean your room and parking is a mess, if you get back late like around 9:00 pm, they make you park your car all the way at the MGM. Each time, I would call the front desk to ask for towels etc, they would always tell me to contact the 3rd party where I made the reservation, how would they expect for me to contact Expedia and ask them for clean towels!!! Plain ridiculous. Don’t do it, such a bad experience, go somewhere else.

Nice but there was a sewage smell in the master bathroom and the front door didn’t fully close without help so could have easily been left open. The deposit is high considering the cost of the suite. But great view and location . Lived it except the smell .

The Toliet was plugged in one bathroom and it leaked. No hot water in same bathroom. Called front desk they said it was privately owned and owner opted out of help from main staff. They did come fix it after several calls to front desk. Front desk friendly just not happy with booking through third party but mainly that owners didn’t work with MGM Signature. Also there 5 days no cleaning service ever came to clean

The room was great. It’s that we did not know it was owner owned. That’s the first time I’ve heard of it. The room did not get cleaned or garbage taken out unless we call the host which is Hotels.com I guess to let them know. We were told that hotel workers can not go into the room without permission from the owner or host. When I booked the room I did not see anything stating that. Other than that the stay was good.
