Stayed here 2x now & never been disappointed. The rooms are bigger than what you can find in the strip. We even got a balcony overlooking the strip & I like that we have a quiet place separate from the casino but easily accessed by a dedicated pathway. The ambiance is quite opulent & the buffet & eateries are sufficient

Room was clean. No balcony. Didn't go to pool. Staff a few we professional and nice.
This fridge, don't see its purpose. Barely cool and didn't fit much in it.
Ice maker didn't work. This is the 2nd fridge.

The hair dryer on the left came with the room. It didn't work. Ask front desk for a new one. Since this is a privately owned condo, the hotel charged us $32 to rent one.

The view of the strip from the balcony areas was an amazing, However the room we rented was very dated with worn down furniture and broken amenities. The bath tub didn’t work (the water supplier to the tub was shut off) the shower door would not close completely leaving a gap for water to splash back into the general bathroom area. The Tv in the bathroom had been removed from the wall and placed in the closet not replaced. The refrigerator would not hold its temp there for it beeped all night long. Overall I like the Palms Place and would return however I will make sure I’m booking with the actual hotel and not a private owner.

Beware of this property. It’s rented by a third party through this site. Host communication was poor, zero viable explanation for the extra fees I was charged after booking (while they were going to have no problem charging me to cancel less than 6 hours after I booked). I have previously stayed at Palms Place and it was nice at the time. This time around it was subpar, worn out amenities, tv’s wouldn’t work when I arrived (finally had a tech come and fix), and wasn’t the cleanest. Definitely could have rented on the strip for the price I paid for one night and would have if I’d known I was going to deal with these issues. And after all this, couldn’t even accommodate a later check out.

There was a mix up between Zello and The Palms place with my reservation. My husband and I waited almost 2 hours to have it resolved. The staff who checked us in apologized and gave us food credit to use but when we used it the restaurant did not honor it. Thanks to Mara the night shift front desk and the morning supervisor Joseph for giving us a new food credit which we used for the Palm AYCE. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable for night stay.

Pool unavailable but wasn’t informed before arriving. Was charged $200 deposit after being informed I would not have to if I paid $55.00 damage waiver to Livily. Had to pay $90 cleaning at check-in but knew nothing of this before arriving. Would have booked elsewhere had I known any of this ahead of time. Front desk was supposed to email me copy of deposit so I could receive $55 refund but never sent email. Will never use Orbitz again.
