A beautiful, clean high quality location. Also be aware it’s very expensive, crowded and large. It was not particularly quiet I think there was a concert happening.

The staff was amazing and Joe at Primrose was great. We waited over 1 1/2 to be seated and his service to us was very much appreciated and the food was delicious.

The location is great. Walkable to nearby CVS or walgreens if you need to pick up stuff like water. Having Eataly in the hotel was great for morning coffees and pastries. The rooms were below average though. Very dated rooms and you can tell the carpet in the rooms have not been cleaned well. The carpets were quite black in the high traffic areas of the room. Lighting was not the greatest in the rooms either. Quite dark and dingy.

They have an option for self check in... I tried, and then waited, and waited, no room was given to me... teh app said "there would be delay if you got there before 3, it was 7pm.. So I had to join the main queue, and that took another 30 minutes.. so about 60 minutes checkin time
