The room was pretty average, but nice and clean and the decor was nice. Unfortunately, just because it was a standard room. It would have been nice to have basic necessities like a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. Water pressure was mediocre and temperature was lukewarm. We struggled a bit with the temperature/thermostat in the room. Customer service was phenomenal. We had an issue with our power going out in half the room, but the service man came immediately and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offered a voucher for the inconvenience and to make my birthday a little sweeter. Not sure if I will return, but if I do, I’m definitely getting a more upgraded room to see if those basic amenities are included.

Ron, who checked us in was great! The room was clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. The bathroom and shower was excellent. On the downside, the mattress was very uncomfortable--lumpy and not soft enough. Blanket was too heavy.

Everything. Only issue was what seems like the electrical or vent panel in the room fell from the wall at some point, and left out a giant hole in the wall. I tried to replace it in position, but it wouldn't hold so I had to put the ironing table against it. Just in case. I'd like to emphasize that I didn't do anything to it, never touched it, it simply came lose and fell by itself.

The room was fine although I can't believe any casino would actually number a 13th floor. Bad luck, should have asked to change rooms! The room service breakfast, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast and oatmeal, took about an hour to deliver and was cold. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
