We were in Las Vegas for a week and it was so nice to come back to a space that was quiet, smoke-free, and comfortable. Having a full kitchen allowed us to make many of our meals so we didn’t have to eat out unless we wanted to.

Rooms & lighting need to be redone, but this trip was for a work trip so it’s definitely worth it. Literally a 10min walk to Allegiant Stadium which is exactly what I needed so I didn’t get stuck in traffic. In-N-Out is across the street (two min walk), and Starbucks is also right by the stadium, so a 5min walk. Staff is great—even offered a water bottle and everything when I first got there(:

Went to the McCartney concert at Allegiant stadium. Easy walk to the stadium - just 10 minutes. The property is in perfect condition and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. WSKY bar and grill is by the stadium with good food also.

I booked this room and two hours before check in I get a call from the property telling me that they noticed I had a 702 number and because I’m local to the city, I will have to pay a $250 security deposit for the one night. The room itself was only 168 and is basic and regular by the way. I was not informed of these additional charges to locals and it was not until I let them know that I was not going to hesitate to get my lawyer involved, that they decided to wave the $250 deposit. I will never return to this property and encourage locals to avoid it. Vegas tourism is down drastically from other years, locals keep out economy alive. Treating them in this manner is an unwise business decision.

I liked that it was close to the stadium. I went to see Beyonce at the last minute so it was the best option to me. It was a 5 minute walk. The room is very basic & kinda old/dirty. The hall had a terrible stench, there were old pizza crusts left behind the nightstand. The breakfast was the best part and I had a balcony.
