What’s it like to alight from your vehicle and arrive here, right at the foot of an awesome mural wall that stands at 8 feet tall and stretches up to 100 feet long? The wall mural depicts a Chinese treasure of “Qingming Shan He Tu” or “scenes along the river during the Qingming Festival”. Welcome to the U & U Mansion, the Ultimate Utopia Mansion. Greet your other visitors as they drive through the three 22-feet large sliding gates with a circular driveway. They’re in for a very pleasant surprise!

Furnished with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, a resort pool, a huge kitchen, a karaoke room and automatic gated driveway, the interior lets you in to more ultimate splendor. Decorated with traditional Chinese art design that’s hand-painted, you’re in for a classic abode that blends traditional East Asian and contemporary style.

For a restful sleep, the bedrooms take you to a land of blossoms with its wall art designs. All bedsheets are eighteen hundred thread counts for your utmost comfort. Watch your favorite TV shows on a large HD flat screen TV linked to cable. And in the common areas, you can still stay tuned to your TV programs where several large TV sets are located.

After taking a shower with space age shower heads, dry up with bath towels that are fresh, new and soft.

And for an ultimate happy place such as the U & U Mansion, there must be a feast every day to celebrate such a wonderful and grand vacation dwelling. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new high appliances such as a Ninja blender, Keurig, electric hot water kettle, including 3 ovens, 2 microwaves, 8 stove tops, 3 large refrigerators, and a huge kitchen island with multiple sinks. The kitchen is a full designer kitchen with more than 10 feet of islands enough to have guests mingle in the area. There are 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens and 8 stove burners in this kitchen.

Great food can be served outdoors as the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner BBQ, industrial work burner, huge 20 chicken rotisserie and an industrial sink for large crowds.

Of course, for your wellness needs, enjoy the perks of a resort pool, a waterfall, slide, a cave and spa inside with mist to cool you down during the day. The vast outdoor space allows groups to converge in any of the 4 courtyards, a front yard and backyard. There are 4 functional gazebo areas with a table, chairs and a couch as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The management company responded very quickly to anything we needed prior to and during our stay. The home was beautiful and had plenty of both indoor and outdoor space for the 12 of us. The home was clean and everything worked very well. The Karaoke room was a lot of fun. Sitting in the sunny December outdoors for our breakfasts was very special too. Plus we could get the hot tub on at any time of the day within moments of our text requests!!!

Highlight of our trip!

We do an annual women's event in Vegas (last 4-5 years) and this is the first time we've booked the perfect space for our group and it was actually what was listed and had enough dishes and towels for everyone. (Yes, we've had to ask for those before). The host, Brian, is on top of things and very responsive. He's also a local which is so nice. He made great recommendations. We'll most likely book it again.

Great for bigger group

The house more than exceeded our expectations. All the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. We did a lot of grilling and cooking, and the kitchen was great. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Everyone love all the different games available. The strip is easy to get to. Overall, a great stay.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood

From the moment we arrived, communication with the owners was top notch. The property is better than the photos online and the amenities were simply amazing. The home accommodations were perfect for our family as we were in town to celebrate my 50 birthday and New Years. We took advantage of the heated pool, hot tub the games that were provided and the family loved singing in the karaoke room. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. We will definitely consider staying here again. Perfect for a large group. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great house for large group

My softball team stayed at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool was wonderful, and there was plenty of space for everybody in the house. The listing was quite accurate (pics, descriptions) and the host was very responsive before and during our stay.

One word… Terrible

The property was not even close to what the pictures represented. The owner/manager never showed up at check in. The pool was full of mold, leaves, and cold. We didn’t end up staying there and all of my guests had to go to a hotel.

Ventured to Vegas for 4-days, this was phase II of our bachelor party... With location, comfort, safety and amenities in check, this property was a retreat, our group was free to write memories we'll never forget. Ease of check-in/check-out, full communication, areas to disperse and relax, game rooms, stereo, TVs, pool, spa, waterfall, BBQ's, all the trinkets to feel comfortable chilling at home. But when the times comes, minutes to the strip and DT, and only minutes back. Highly recommended for others to enjoy, everyone in our group would return.

This property is amazing.

This property is an oasis in the desert. You really could book here, hire the private chef and never leave. The pool is amazing and with 8 bedrooms and 8 full baths it’s truly incredible with a tremendous amount of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Birthday Celebration

Had an amazing time with 16 celebrating 3 lovely ladies 50th birthdays. Brooke was more than accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a catered dinner the night of the party. The set up and property was perfect! A fantastic time was had by all! The only issue we had was the lack of serveware, dishes, glasses and the like. We had to purchase disposable pans for backing. For a home that accommodates a large group, that should be remedied. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you~
