Couch is dirty and could use a vacuum, and the bathroom is very inconvenient. No shelf to put your own toiletries in the shower, no fan in the bathroom, and the toilet is lifted for some reason, to the point where it’s extremely uncomfortable to use if you’re shorter than 5’6. I was also woken up early to men talking and banging on my window; I called the front desk and they said it was window cleaning, but it was a truly terrifying way to be woken up as a solo woman. They claimed that flyers were left to let people know that window cleaning was happening, but I didn’t get one. I asked to move rooms because of this, and they told me they would let me know how they were going to handle it and then never called me back. The rooms also have absolutely no soundproofing, so you’ll hear everything your neighbors are doing. The food at kitchen commons was great though, and all of the employees I interacted with in person were lovely

There was a skid mark on my duvet cover from who knows when (at the foot of the bed as if they sat down)?? Also, no room service after breakfast and restaurants close at 10pm?? That's surprising ands very frustrating. Resorted to pizza - anything would have been better. Not even a 3-star experience when it comes to late night dining. I work and typically do not get back to the hotel until late. My choice was driven by the assumption there would be a full room service menu. I realize I've made the mistake of choosing this property, twice, now. Really disappointing, not to mention, Gross!:(

The property is pretty and well thought out. Our room was in the old area but it was nice. The bed was very comfortable, one pillow was good and the others lumpy. We like the layout of the room. The couch was pretty but not super comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Unfortunately the room's refrig is dedicated to stuff to buy and not usable. No coffee maker in the room. Luckily there was a Dunkin Donuts. The room we stayed in was on the airport side and was a bit loud along with car noises. After a while we didn't notice it as much plus we bring a noise maker to help with that. We didn't hear anyone in the hallway nor in the rooms next to us. Overall, nice hotel with great amenities (3 pools!) We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic property, having stayed here before when it was the hard rock its great to see that they have improved on the previous areas which were in need of attention. The hotel offers everything you need and is of a very high quality. The rooms are large and spacious and whilst off of the main strip they allow you to enjoy the fun of Vegas without the direct hustle and bustle. Great pool, food options & casino. All of the staff are friendly and check-in experience on both occasions was great. The plain noise in the rooms an be quite loud but this can bee expected of most hotels given the close proximity to the airport. The free car park is also a major bonus which saved us a lot of money. Do not change this as its a huge bonus! Casino games are great and well maintained and the hotel as a large offering for food and bars. The pools are fantastic and have plenty of lifeguards on duty. We will definitely be returning.
