We booked a suite: Suite, 1 King Bed (Canyon, Oasis, Chamber).
Check-in time was announced as 3 p.m.
I nevertheless sent an email to your establishment to let you know that we might arrive earlier and ask if it would be possible to check in early.
No response.
We arrived at the hotel at 2:45 p.m. to check in, and I paid the fees and a $200 deposit.
Then I was told that the room was not ready.
It would be ready at 4 p.m.
They would send me an email as soon as the room was ready.
At 5 p.m., the room was still not ready, so they offered us a $100 voucher to go out for dinner.
Still no news.
In short, at 7:15 p.m., still no email, we returned to the front desk for the fourth time to get our room.
Supposedly an upgrade to a "villa," but we didn't ask for that !!!
We wanted our cosy suite not this music room !!!!
On the other hand, there were no bottles of water, no instructions on how to call reservations, and all this 4.5 hours after the scheduled check-in time!
Impossible to attach the shower head to the ceiling! Impossible to turn off the lights without turning off the bedside lamps, so it's either full light in your bed or nothing...
What a disappointment.
Eight times in Vegas and my first time at the Virginie Hotel. Never again!!!!!
It's a shame, really.
No scruples, no service.
I want at least a full refund for my reservation.
You completely ruined our afternoon and evening!
