I didn't like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room. I had to get staff to put my medication in the bar area in their refrigerator. There were no railings or anything to hold onto when getting in or out of the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a bit small. The bedside table on my side was so tiny. I like to unpack my suitcase when on holiday but there were no drawers and not many clothes hangers. There was always warm water for showers no matter when you wanted one. My husband definitely appreciated the fact that the hotel had lifts.

This is an excellent hotel! We have moved to different resorts during our stay in Bali, I would book here again in a Jiffy! We needed late check outs that were very affordable, our flights were also cancelled and delayed. The staff helped us re-book an extra night, made it really easy and were very helpful. The rooms are super cosy, clean, convenient and just a great set up. Plugs in convenient places and the price really good for what you get. Everything you need is in walking distance, Bintang supermarket, laundry, chemist. Suitable for anyone! Families, couple, singles. Very safe and breakfast is magnificent! Looking forward to coming back :)

Really enjoy my stay at Luminor. The room is clean, yummy food with variety of choices. Staffs are so helpful and friendly as I had to check in really late and they were waiting for me and my friend pass midnight. Will definitely choose Luminor hotel again for budget hotel.

立地は最高。地下の駐車場は物凄いゴミの匂い。あれは改善したほうが良いと思う…。 部屋はコンパクトだけど1人で寝るだけなら十分。ハンドタオルが無いのと、バスタオルが灰色でとても汚い。冷蔵庫もほぼ意味のない温度設定。1週間宿泊して最終日トコジラミのような虫がベッドにいたので殺した。んーーーリッチが良いからよく利用してるけど、最近どんどん悪くなっていってる。ぜひ改善してほしい

La chambre est confortable et le rooftop agréable. L’hôtel se situe à quelques minutes à pied de l’hôtel. La music est forte pour le petit déjeuné mais celui-ci est délicieux.
