Wonderful building and staff.

Modern and fresh. The rooms are very small but clean and fresh. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. We had an early dinner downstairs in the restaurant which was excellent with a cheerful waitress. Soap and shampoo provided. There is only a shower (no grab bar), no bathtub.

The Front Desk was especially accommodating seeing as I had taken an overnight flight and I only had 12 hours in Lisbon. I was able to check in early. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed 3 different times. The restaurant is bad. Worst steak I've ever had. I could not eat it because how tough the meat was. I left 90 % of it on my plate. Told the server how bad it was, with no comment or retribution. Last time my wife had vegetable risotto. It was vegetables on white rice? I asked after she was done her meal where mine was? The server never got back to me? After another 20 or 30 mins we got up to leave. My appetizer or meal never did come? At the cash register l got no explanation for what happened to my order? Breakfast was never included and cost of it was overpriced for what was provided.

We liked that the shuttle to and from the airport was reliable and on time. One suggestion would be to specify exactly where at the airport the shuttle will be. We had a bit of trouble finding the driver initially. However, he was patient and wonderful with us.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of our holiday. The hotel is immaculate but the downfall is the rooms are super small and managing two suitcases was a challenge. Also no restaurants beyond the hotel in the area and its very commercial location. All that said I would stay there again if I had to get an early flight.

Great airport hotel. The property is beautiful, outside and inside, and well maintained. Rooms are small, but that's Portugal. Only complaint is my shower door was VERY hard to open (it sticks due to the bottom door seal). They have a nice little restaurant/cafe. Airport shuttle is well organized, but you have to reserve it.
