Rooms are small but nicely appointed. The hotel has a cool modern vibe around airplanes. Close to airport. The shuttle was unavailable which was a reason we booked it but it was still an affordable option.

The staff were extremely friendly, and check-in was very efficient. However, the hotel’s airport shuttle was unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to have been notified that it was out of service before my arrival, since that was part of the reason that I selected the hotel. The room was clean and generally in good repair, with the exception of the shower door, which did not close well and so leaked water continuously on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being close to the airport. The breakfast buffet had reasonable variety and quality - it was fine, but nothing special.

Free shuttle service was great both ways. The hotel is new and very clean, the staff very attentive and welcoming. We only spent one night there but our stay was very comfortable. Basic rooms are small but they very cozy and the furniture and bed linen are good quality. Will stay at Ibis Aeroporto again even if the hotel is further away from the airport than the other hotels.
