The staff at the front desk are very rude. The woman that greeted us didn’t listen when I told her my name three times and then made me show her ID because she didn’t think I was the person that made the booking despite showing her the confirmation on my phone. She laughed and asked me if my name was my real name which offended me and she generally wasn’t very helpful. The rooms are noisy and we could hear a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms all night which disturbed our sleep. The other staff were nice. The man that helped us put our luggage in a taxi to leave was lovely.

This an excellent hotel. As soon as you come in, it feels like home. The staff is great. They are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is wonderful. It is a 5-min walk to the tube station.

Boutique hotel in a great location close to the tube and restaurants. Outstanding service by the staff. Nothing was too much effort. They were pleasant, polite and very accomodating. Only one small downside. The beds are extremely firm and even with a mattress topper put into place they were a little harder than my personal preference. It didn’t detract from my stay here and I would certainly come back. Great hotel.

Most appreciated most enjoyable stay, many points like room cleanness, clean hotel, very pleasant, artful decoration and comfortable furniture. Our room was so noisy little soundproofing you could hear other room doors slamming, we could hear someone above us walking around & kids running down the corridors shouting. We had to leave our aircon on in December to try to mask some of the noise. Very disappointing. I told the receptionist on checkout this morning who asked if we’d reported it. We had nt as there was little that could be done other than telling the kids off!

It is impossible to receive a VAT invoice for this trip. I asked at hotel who said it should be sent from Hotels.com. I am still waiting and of course you cannot speak to anyone. The Virtual Agent is rubbish. We stayed for 2 nights on business. Very pleasant hotel.
