It was a nice stay until I was ready to check out which they were demanding money for all water and snacks they refill anytime they clean my room which got me confused first of all I didn’t request it they keep refilling them after cleaning

Friendly welcome at reception, attentive service in restaurant. Unfortunately the room was lacking, did not feel like a superior room as described, the soundproofing was atrocious with wind whistling through the balcony doors. Had barely any sleep. Switching on the AC for heat it was very noisy, gurgling and banging. Had to turn off. Bedding didn’t feel crisp and clean - duvet was grey in the corners which could be seen in the cover openings - didn’t dare inspect any closer. The room didn’t feel like a renovated room as described, redecorated maybe.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and at breakfast there were plenty of hot choices as well as fruits and pastries. The people working kept the food stocked nicely. The hotel is convenient to the Waterloo tube station. It is also walkable to the London Eye, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, although it’s a bit of a walk all the way to the Palace. You can get anywhere using the tube. I would stay here again if I visited.

There was internal refurbishment taking place that we were not made aware of. Drilling and construction noises were continuous throughout the day until 5 and reverberated throughout the building and started again the following morning giving no real respite. The reception staff were generally dismissive and seemed powerless to offer any compensation or apologies. Having stayed in a H10 hotel previously in Seville and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were looking forward to our London trip. The walls are paper thin and reverberate with every door closing with every conversation in the corridor is heard. Shame.

The hotel smelled awful in the hallways and the room! Stains all over the floors going to my room! My heating did not work one of the nights it was 1140pm and no one could seem to fix it, leaving the temperature 16 degree Celsius! I have emailed the manager of the hotel approximately a week ago now and have not heard back from anyone about my concerns. The views and pictures of the hotel were nothing like the actual place! Very disappointed especially for the amount of money spent.

When arriving at the hotel it was a quick check in and smooth, got to the room and there was a big dent in the mattress, we was first told to sleep the night and raise it with management the morning Decent location, decent views, clean hotel.
