A nice quiet hotel at the airport with a very comfortable bed and big shower area. We landed at terminal 2, and decided to take the free train to terminal 4, it was quite the adventure. We ate dinner and breakfast at the express cafe & bar, very underwelming and over priced.

One Night Was Not Long Enough

Great hotel to stay in. I’d have been very happy with a longer stop over. Very clean and comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast too.

The TV in my room did not stay on for more than five minutes at a time which was very annoying. I did tell a member of staff at reception but they apologised and didn’t ask for my room number! How could they fix it if they didn’t know where! I didn’t want anyone coming to my room in the evening to fix it so I was upset that I couldn’t watch TV

The hotel was easy to reach from Terminal 4 via a covered and heated walkway. Check-in was fast. Room immaculate with every amenity. Food was good, though expensive, in the pub. The hotel also emailed me instructions for our transfer from Gatwick Airport. Thank you!
