Brilliant location if you have an early flight with KLM or AIR FRANCE. Had a late night snack and cocktails the food is really good too. I was surprised and not expecting that for an airport hotel!!!

We stayed at this hotel on two different occasions while in London. Mini bar fridges in rooms don’t work, my husbands diabetic meds needed to be refridgerated. Both times I had to request a mini fridge and when brought to the room they were hot and took a long time to cool. I was told by the staff this is a known issue. The food offered in the restaurant was extremely over priced and was not worth the money. We went to the hotel next door for our meals which offered great food for a decent price. Wait staff was rude and never came back to check on us and when we asked for the bill we got an eye roll. I booked three weeks of stays at all Hilton Hotels where I could and i can say that they have gone down hill ,are not the value that i have come to expect, and, Disappointed that as a Hilton rewards member I am having to say this.

I have been a Hilton rewards member for over 10 years and I have to say that I am disappointed . Our first stay the mini bar fridge was broken and had to call the desk. They brought up a separate mini fridge. We normally store my husbands diabetic meds there. We came back a week later different room same issue. I was told by maintenance that most mini fridges don’t work. Why not just put in a fridge since there is nothing stored in the mini bar. It took quite a while for the fridge to finally get cool enough for the meds.
