We booked this hotel due to its convenient location. It has a bridge link to Heathrow airport Terminal 4. It is an easy walk. No need to take an uber. You could also walk to Terminal 4 to get to 2 Underground/Tube lines (Elizabeth and Picadilly) to get to downtown London. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The room I got smells. I got there late and had to get up early to catch a flight so I did not want to waste more time to ask for a new room so I was not sure that was the condition of the hotel or just that particular room. Also, if your terminal is 5, it is not that convenient to get to the hotel.

The check was easy and everyone was polite and helpful. We were given specific instructions how to get to the train and she was very patient with us after a long day of traveling. The room was spacious, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to catch a plane at Heathrow.
