It is conveniently located, but there was no a/c or air ventilation during 90-degree weather, and the windows all have locks preventing them from being open more than 2 or so inches. Also, I was given an accessible room that could not fit my wheelchair- apart from the calls in the shower, it should not be called an accessible room at all.

The restaurant was noisy. Servers were trying hard but it was a zoo… no signage re how and where to order. The hallway carpets were filthy. Fortunately the room was clean and the check-in staff helpful.

Adequate and close to Terminals 2 and 3

This hotel is tired the decor and eldctrical outlets need updating. In addition, there were a large number of young loud Americans staying and no one seems to have cleared up the communal spaces they were inhabiting. Between them and the loud piped music in the reception area I gave up and retired to my adequate room.

Comfortable stay

Only here for a few hours before a flight. Room was comfortbale. Could do with a bottle of water in the room and an extra small towel for hair.

The restaurant and staff were nice. Thank goodness the room had full A/C and wifi connection. The room size was good. The hotel was located near Heathrow Airport. There was no noise of the planes. We had tried ringing and emailed the front desk to ask if a shuttle service was available, but nobody responded. Upon our arrival at the hotel we were told there is a shuttle service available. It would have been nice if they had a fridge in the room to keep liquids cold.

My worst hotel stay in London near LHR. Indifferent staff, the AC blower not working and not cooling the room. Water stops in the middle of the shower, happened twice in one night.
