This is a run down, disgusting place with a remote team in another country running it. Good luck talking to a real person. We got access to the building with a remote code, and spent 15 minutes trying to find our apartment because

Odd layout, the bed is on a platform over the kitchen very close to the ceiling. The living space only has a foldaway chair so you can’t really relax. The area is nice with parks and art studios and convenient access to trains.
