Great location! Easy quick walk to Earls Ct. Underground and a bus stop is also close to the hotel. Room decor was a bit dated- it is planned for renovation soon though. Staff were helpful ,friendly and it was very clean. Kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milk, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap. Also, dishes/glasses and some pans/utensils. This is a VERY old building, the elevator is tiny and old (you close and open the door and gate yourself). It’s quirky. If someone does not close it on the 3rd floor it’s stuck there. So you have to walk up the stairs and check each floor to see where it stopped. You can then get on and take it to your floor or just close it so it will work for others. The staff are very kind and offered to try and find out where it was stuck ( this happened to us twice), but we just took the stairs. The hallways are a bit broken up with doors and steps up and down. We had to go to the 5th floor then go through a few hallways and get to a back stairway and take that down one flight to our fourth floor room. We personally thought it was a fun unique experience, but if you have ANY physical limitations or if you bring huge heavy suitcases on vacation you need to make sure your room/ floor will work. It is not a very accessible building at all! I really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it for the right people. If you are looking for fancy, this is not it! If you are looking for a great location, clean rooms, nice staff, this is perfect!

Very clean and it has everything you would need. Nice set of kitchen ware and we love the big fridge as well as the full-size dishwasher. The laundry machine is small but has a very good dryer as well. As for the windows, it could be updated as strong wind slid the window down slightly and got cold in the middle of the night. Very nice overall.

First of all…Aparthotel is definitely the way to go with families. But the Mansley was above and beyond. We walked into friendly, helpful staff, easy check in process and then an apartment that took our breath away. May I highly recommend apartment 2A? I will forever come back to London and stay here. Apartment was great, not too loud even though next to a street. Only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station. Easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of things on the doorstop although there were already plenty of amenities included in the stay. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a great place to call home for the weekend!

Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Sept 2025. Great location, beautiful comfortable apartment, big lounge room and kitchen, great beds. There was 2 couples and 1 single 20 year old in our apartment so 5 people all up. Loads of space for us all. Double glazed windows so nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful and well appointed property. On-site staff terrific and so helpful to resolve issues. As we were on the 5th floor and there was no air conditioning (I didn’t realize this), it was quite miserably hot. Also, there was significant noise from upstairs guests, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Clean accommodation, modern bathrooms, very nice for a family stay.

We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. Impressed and grateful once again!!! No 1 The Mansions is perfect for our large family when we are in London! Spacious, modern, but charmingly British we are happy every time we stay. We even received an upgraded/larger apartment on this visit!! Thank you Mansions!!! And so easy to get here!! Just a five minute walk from Earl’s Court station after taking the Piccadilly from Heathrow. They have a 24 hour front desk and complimentary luggage storage which are huge advantages for us when we have later flights. We love this place and will keep returning!
