Staff were excellent and the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were terrific. Tasty, good choice and reasonable prices. The room was very noisy with so sort of motor running outside and the fridge being very noisy when it cut in. The air conditioning just stopped working twice in the middle of the night. A shower inside a high bath requiring a difficult step over is an accident waiting to happen.

I was on the first floor which was a bit dated. Room had a musty smell. But room was clean and bed was comfortable. Lobby was very nice and restaurant has excellent food.

Clean, comfortable accommodation.

I only stayed for a few hours awaiting a very early flight, so did not require much in way of service. As a disabled person I was delighted to find a chair with adjustable height. Very rare i deed. The size of the hotel was not kind to my knees, but I couldn't blame the hotel for that. It would mean that I would not wish to be a long term guest though.

We booked a runway view and I would recommend this if you are staying at the hotel. The view over the airport is excellent and the planes landing, taxiing or taking off make this the ultimate plane spotters hotel at London Heathrow. The room was clean and the double bed comfortable. Considering the views this hotel is very good vale for money. Buses on Bath Road can take you to Terminal 3 and the Hotel has its own hopper service if you want to be picked up at the entrance. Car parking is amble and costs £15 per night.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Seems dirty on the outside but the moment we walked in we were welcomed by friendly staff and a beautiful lobby. The two on site restaurants were super convenient for us as well as the airport shuttle. Definitely will stay again if I’m back in UK
