Disliked: Cleanliness
Upon arrival all the windows were open and the property was nearly freezing. There were no instructions for operating the heat left by the host. Thy left 2 space heaters, but one did not work. After communicating this issue and the mold/mildew in the shower, we were told it would be 2 days before a cleaner could come for the shower. They did attempt to instruct us on heating system operation. My partner felt ill immediately due to the unsanitary conditions in the shower. A cleaning fee rate reduction was offered. But rather than struggle with health on our vacation it was necessary to find other accommodations instead. The host refused a refund even under the obviously unkept conditions of the property. The photos online look fine, but we collected proper photos of the shower and other building issues for vrbo documentation and received a refund.
