I ended up with a property that was very different from the one illustrated in the app. The new one still offered me the same basic specs as what I was looking at, but it was a bit disconcerting at first to be presented with a very different unit. The unit I ended up in was likely better for a shorter stay than the longer stay I needed (the kitchen was only very basically stocked, the AC was not a central system but instead noisy standalone units, and there were unclear instructions for trash and recycling removal. Additionally, there were beverages (for sale) in the fridge that I felt took up unnecessary room for a long stay. The unit itself was pretty new, but the quality of the decor, furnishing and decor was more like staging furniture and pretty basic.
