The apartment is on the lower ground floor, guests are required to use stairs to access the apartment.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
