The unit was beautiful and in a great location. Our biggest issue was the key. There was only one key (for 6 people) and it created quite a few logistical problems. We had to know ahead of time who would be last to leave (since the key was needed to lock the door on the way out) as well as the first to be back home. This was a headache that we had not planned on. The other issue regarding the key was that it needed to be picked up at another location prior to check-in and then dropped off there at check-out. When we went to return the key on our last day there was a sign on the door saying "Break. Be back in 5 minutes", which they were not. We waited for 15 minutes but could not wait any longer as we had to catch the train to Heathrow for our flight. It was very stressful. We decided to leave the key under the front door mat at the unit and sent an email with a picture of the store sign and where the key could be found but it was not the way we wanted to complete our check-out process.
