Truly unique - a bright and striking apartment bathed in natural light that floods in through its cathedral windows. Incredibly located right in the centre of town, seconds from Oxford Street.

The triplex apartment has 3 bedrooms with huge beds (super king and 2 kings), ultra-fast WIFI, smart TVs, Netflix, Nespresso and all the comforts you would expect in a home away from home.

We have Hem furniture, Smeg appliances and Eve bedding to ensure the apartment is as beautiful as it is functional.
The Space:
We've partnered with the best in architecture, design and bedding to ensure the apartment is as beautiful as it is comfortable.

There's top of the range furniture designed by Alvar Aalto and the vanguard designers over at Hem, complimented by huge best-in-industry mattresses made by our friends at Eve and appliances from the iconic Smeg.

The building itself was designed by one of London's leading new architecture practices and has featured in several design publications.

Our beds are the biggest around with a super king (US queen size) in the master bedroom and king sizes in the other bedrooms, each with its own super premium Eve mattress.

We've taken care of all the biggies - there's super fast WIFI, Netflix, Nespresso, smart TVs in every room, hotel quality bedding and towels, and a dishwasher and washer-dryer to boot.

And the smaller details too - there's blackout blinds in the bedrooms, rainfall shower heads and plenty of cooking stuff so you can let your inner chef free!

Great location -Can't say enough about the location. Short walk to the tube, super safe neighborhood with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Can walk to theatre district and great shopping. Short tube ride to all the top attractions. Super easy check-in and check-out. Appreciated the fact that I didn't have to do a lot to checkout. Had a small shower issue that was promptly resolved. As other reviews have noted, it is a lot of stairs. It was no issue for my family of 5 (my wife and I and our three college daughters), but it would be a consideration for older travelers and those with mobility issues.

First of all the communications, check-in and accessing the property was 5 Stars. The owner/property manager took even has a video on how to open the lock box for the apartment key, which, speaking from a different negative experience a few years ago, is greatly appreciated. All inquiries were responded quickly. We had a small issue with the washer and the owner had it resolved immediately. This gave us a piece of mind throughout our stay.The place is clean and well stocked. And, it even has fans in the bedrooms for those warmer nights. The place is also very quaint. Including narrow, circular stairs. Which is also its biggest challenge. Carrying large suitcases up 2-3 floors was tough. We had 3 large pieces. If this was a girls only trip, I'm not sure how they would get that up the stairs. Once that was done, it was fine.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Restaurants. Cafes. Pubs. And close to Oxford Street and Regent Street, Soho, and so on. We definitely recommend the place.

Cute but didn't work for us

It was defintely clean with a good location and check in was easy. As everyone mentions in the reviews, there are ALOT of steps. Yes we saw that, but we are all fairly young and active and dont have an issue with steps, but when trying to get your luggage up and down the tight staircase it was challenging. We also felt like the neighborhood was noisy. Again, not normally an issue for us but its in a building with other tenants and we heard lots of movement, and yelling and laughing in the streets through 2-3am. Our plan was to check out for a few days to head to Scotland and then back, but we just didnt feel comfortable there so tried to cancel the return stay which was not allowed. Totally get that non-refundable was clearly marked, but after dragging our suitcases down the stairs and me hurting my back by doing so, we just decided to eat the cost and book the reminder of the days in London elsewhere.

Wonderful centrally located bright flat

Beds were great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 3 couples. Location was perfect for sightseeing around London. There are a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for our group but might be for some. We loved it and would return!

Perfect location for family vacation in London

Our family loved spending 4 nights at this great apartment! The location was perfect for us tourists: we walked to the British Museum, Trafalgar Square, the theater, Regents’ Park, and Westminster Abbey, among other locations. The beds and linens were very nice, the kitchen well-appointed, and the Wi-Fi and TV service great. There were plentiful bakeries, pubs, and nice restaurants in all directions. Serveral underground stops were within a few blocks. We loved it!

Location! Location! Location! & Stairs!

Loved the location of this three plus story apartment. We were laughing so hard as our family of five climbed the stairs upon arrival finding our bedrooms. Great communication and easy check in. Walked to most places from the VRBO. Loved the Fitzroy Tavern with the fireplace and British food right when we got into town. Walked to Neil's Yard and got donuts, walked to Chinatown, shopped on Regents and saw the christmas tree and lions in the plaza. Walked to Big Ben, The Eye and walked along the river. The location was great- away from the busy areas but close enough to walk to most places. There were several restaurants close by (1-3 minute walk) that were great. Recommend it!

Great location and clean space

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of cafes around the corner and within walking distance to shopping. Also nice central location for getting to major sites. Appreciated the nice sheets, warm showers, kitchen appliances and laundry in unit.

Overall it was a great stay

Really great property and location. My biggest complaint, which is no fault of the owners were all the stairs. Lugging all the luggage up 3+ flights of stairs was not fun. We also had problems with the outlets working. The hair dryer they provided was wonky and would cut in and out. These complaints are so minor and do not take away from our overall experience in the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the place was beautiful!

Three days in London

This is a beautiful apartment that is a nice walk to the restaurants and shopping but in a quiet location. There are a lot of stairs. The living room/kitchen area is small but there was plenty of room for the four of us. Check-in and checkout was extremely easy.

Great centrally located apartment

Apartment is very centrally and conveniently located - approximately 5 minutes walk to Oxford Circus - but in a relatively quiet location. Lots of local services nearby. The apartment was well set up with modernized facilities. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms functioned efficiently. One consideration is the number of stairs if you have any mobility limitations. Overall it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would be happy to stay there again if I am in the area.

Great space and location to visit London!

The property was newer and very clean. In a great location, minutes walk to the tube and the caretaker was very responsive to our requests. Only minor downside is all the stairs....but otherwise an overall 5 star property. We were very happy with our 7 day stay!

We really enjoyed staying at the flat and Alex was an amazing host. He was very attentive and responded immediately with any questions or issues that we had. It’s a beautiful place in a great area that’s in walking distance to excellent restaurants and cafes. The two negatives were the noise (there’s a pub and a busy pizza place right across the street, as well as a ton of road construction being done all day) and there are a lot of stairs within the flat that make it difficult to move between rooms. All in all it was a great place to stay.

My family and I had a really great stay here. You couldn’t ask for a better location close to great food, coffee, shopping, and tube stops covering a variety of lines. Everything in the place is brand new, modern, and really easy to use. There are a lot of stairs in the unit, which was not a problem for us but it might not work for some people who can’t deal with so many stairs. I was traveling for work so it was also great to know that I would have fast and reliable internet. The host, Alex, was responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place for an enjoyable stay in London.
