The location was quiet. There's a McDonald's Starbucks, Panda Express and Panera Bread nearby. The bar/restaurant opes at 4p. They dont vacuum the hallways regularly.

So first day when arrived here fridge was broken and door broken we asked they fixed then 2 nd day we asked about cleaning they didn’t come 3rd day also same you need to call 10 times sometimes they don’t pick up the phone then remote control broke and I asked they fixed about parking they said parking available but it was 27 $ and if you want to be member they will 15$ totally trick they took deposit which is weird so I have been million hotels and at least service response was immediately but here no reception bad especially 2 person of them and breakfast very good expensive 22$ which nothing omelet , coffee bad vending machine smell so I don’t like no recommend

I didn’t have hot water and I had to wait until the engineer came on site the next morning to shower. My tv also wasn’t working properly and it was the same thing. You had to pay for everything - no complimentary breakfast, pay for parking etc. I feel like those things should be included and there should be an overnight or around the clock onsite engineer. Otherwise the stay was good, the place was clean, I felt safe and it’s quiet.

The hotel is great not to upscale but definitely not down scaled beautiful lobby area and pool. I just think the showers need doors. The floors in the bathrooms were wet all the time.

They gave my room away before I arrived! I landed late evening from Hawaii, and upon landing had to scramble to find a new hotel in LA. Not pleased at all. This was prepaid at time of booking. Will not use this hotel again in the future.

After 6 arrival room not ready

Arrive a bit after 6 pm and our room was not ready. Another couple traveling with us arrive 10 min later and received their room right away. We had the same room reservations too. Bar tender was fantastic he saved this review from being worse.
