Worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid at all costs.
If you’re planning a trip to LA, do NOT stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice, and the second stay was somehow even worse than the first.
Problem 1: Zero respect for guests.
On both visits, housekeeping knocked nonstop early in the morning despite a clear Do Not Disturb sign. We had gone to bed late and were trying to rest. I even shouted for them to stop, but they ignored us and kept knocking. Guest privacy clearly means nothing here.
Problem 2: Nonexistent housekeeping.
We asked a cleaner to clean our room and she confirmed it. When we returned at 3 AM, nothing had been done—no cleaning, no clean towels. The front desk initially offered no solution. After insisting, we were moved to another room, but only after waiting, and the staff member who brought the key was rude and impatient. We were exhausted and treated like a burden.
Problem 3: No help when things go wrong.
At checkout, the elevator stopped working. Front desk staff offered no assistance or alternatives, just told us to carry extremely heavy luggage down the stairs. Ironically, the elevator started working again right after we reached the first floor.
This hotel ruined our sleep, wasted our time, and treated us like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. There are many hotels in LA—choose literally any other one.
