Good location to arena. Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. As far as rooms: could use a bit more light. Kind of dark when trying to read. I wish you offered hand lotion in room. Wish you had more food options at hotel.

The service was great! Clean beauty lobby. Our room was a a good size and bath/Shower was nice. The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom sink was clogged. Overall stay was present.

Overnight concierge, Lucy, Keyashi, and the security person with them, were extremely friendly. After performing a concert at Belasco, we were able to commune with a couple friends in the lobby. Allowing us to catch up on old times. So thoughtful, they brought us over bottles of water just before headed off to bed. Just very friendly and accommodating.
