The heater wasn’t working, so they brought a portable heater to us. There was a terrible smell coming from the plumbing. The maintenance guy came to check it out, and he was so apologetic for the issues. He said there was definitely an issue with the plumbing underneath. Embassy said they would give me $18 back for parking for the night, but that’s not okay with me. The room smelled horrible in the middle of the night. I have always booked with Embassy, but this has put a terrible taste in my mouth.

This is the heater they brought to us last night.

The maintenance guy mentioned the sealing of the toilet, so he assumed that may not be the issue.

there were lots of unruly guests that made staying there uncomfortable to we left before midnight and checked out over the phone i paid for city view and got a parking lot 😀

Beautiful to walk through and enjoy the space. It's a wonderful room and the staff was welcoming. There could be more air fresheners added to the room so the room doesn't smell old and the lighting behind the TV wasn't operating.

Staff was very courteous. We were a party of 3 assigned to a "disabled guest" room. Bathroom had 2 sets of towels. I asked for a 3rd set which was promptly delivered. Only 1 drinking glass in the room, and the front desk didn't know which drinking glasses were used in the room, and directed me to the nearby convenience "store" to get paper cups. If there are multiple guests in a room, should give each guest his/her own meal "card" since we don't go to the hot food line at the same time.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff cooking. I stay here a lot and for the first time I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with staff at the bar on Saturday and with the cleanliness of the elevators and pool area
