There was still a moldy tea bag in my coffee maker, the shower drain did go down well, no more body wash gel, bathroom vent worked on and off, ceiling shower was appealing, not enough towels even i called several times to get more towels to the room, and pool didn't work.

Staff was for the most part friendly. But most of the time about half of the elevators didn’t work. Wasn’t sure about taking the stairs from the 3rd floor up or down because I don’t think I’d be able to key in. It also said the stairs were for fire escape doors. Then a set of doors downstairs were out of order and the handicap button in the back was also out of order. Thank you to the front desk and breakfast servers. They were wonderful!

Had a great time this weekend. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Room was really cold which I love haha. The only thing I was like it could have been a little better was the breakfast. Most of the tables were dirty both days that we went. It was pretty busy. Also they ran out of the drinking water or juice cups. That’s about it though. My kids loved it ! Especially the indoor pool. We will be back for sure 🙏 thank you Hilton

Family Vacation

The hotel was very nice! The rooms were nice as well! The only thing I can complain about is the room service it is horrible! They were only in my room when it was requested and the sheets on the bed were never changed. Same sheets for almost the whole week I was there. We had to request more towels because the ones we had already had been used. When I approached one of the cleaners she told me that she was too busy! I could not believe it.
