For a hotel named after its own city, one would think the property would be bigger, have a workout center, a pool, etc.. The bed was rock hard, there are no ppv channels on the tv.. I guess for what the room is, its ok.

I was overcharged by $1,400 I'm going to have to battle either Expedia or the hotel I'm stupidly let the amount be taken from my debit card and I caught the discrepancy a couple of days after it happened I absolutely hate that only the people that work there do maintenance or clean the rooms and that there is no person physically there behind a check-in counter or desk the virtual desk person said that they were in the Philippines it was very hard to understand both the ladies and the guys accents their face comes up on a screen your face comes up on their screen I was told the other night that they were having trouble scanning my card the $150 security deposit was deducted four times plus extra money amounted to $663 and some odd cents I was overcharged $513 another day I was overcharged I think $234 and some odd cents another day I am extraordinarily displeased with the customer service of the lady printing out my charges and none of the charges that my bank listed were listed on her end that is ridiculous that is fraud if this is not corrected very quickly I will absolutely blow up the internet with bad reviews Glendale is unfortunately known for fraud and MOB gangsters I wish I was joking in this day and age but instead of staying at a more reputable hotel where I would not have been overcharged I thought I was saving about 50% this ongoing nightmare is not worth my money and my time
