Great value for the quality

Close to freeway and Pasadena. For the price this was a great stay. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Beds needed better bedding and more pillows. Front desk was welcoming but we checked in close to midnight and asked for a late check out and they said they don't do late check outs. Paid $15 for parking which was open and unsecured-

The stay was fine, worth the money. There is no breakfast, just free coffee and sparking water. Staff are friendly. Room is clean, it’s just you can hear noise from above and beside your room

It was ok. Basic. Staff wasn’t friendly. They didn’t explain anything about hotel. Just gave me key. When I had a concern about my check in, they immediately blamed me but it wasn’t my fault. It was a front desk issue. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I’ll try a different hotel next time I visit Glendale.

When there’s a sign about staff taking breaks and please wait you know you’re not in a good place. Waited 15 minutes to check in when I arrived at check in time. One staff just sat there and looked at a computer. Didn’t even type anything just ignored the customers in line.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. But, it is located in a somewhat sketchy area. I just wish there was a swing bar door lock installed on the inside of the entry door for added security.

Pleasantly surprised. Not much on the outside, but rooms were big, upgraded bathrooms, but scuffed furniture. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is easy accessnt Ralphs grocery, Starbucks, and the freeway.

The front desk service was terrible. I called ahead of time to tell them I’ll check in around 7pm. We arrive with 2 little kids and there is nobody at the front desk to check us in. There is a note that says we will be back in 30 min. No bell to ring. We waited for over an hour in the lobby with 2 little kids who needed to go to bed before they can check us in. Other guests were waiting too and everyone was frustrated. After traveling all day, we needed our hotel room to come and rest and we did not get the service we expected. Very disappointing!

The hotel is okay. Not the cleanest. They limit stays to 14 days, then you need to check out for at least 24 hours. With us being here because of the fires, we need a place to stay for more than just two weeks they did not tell us of this policy, nor is it listed anywhere. We have quite a lot of stuff with us and no vehicle (destroyed), so moving from here will be very inconvenient. We are unlikely to come back.

reasonable hotel closeby to hollywood vicinity

Only one night stay. No breakfast but good options for coffee, hot chocolate and few other juice beverages. Safe parking and good room with comfortable beds. would recommend if you are looking for reasonable/cheaper option without breakfast. Additional $15 per night charge for parking.
