Fast check-in and friendly service. The room was comfortable and spacious but the bathroom door was broken which was kind of lame. The complimentary breakfast was great! They had a nice setup and constantly brought fresh and warm items.

Shuttle drivers were awesome! Front desk at time of checkin needs improvement. The clerk did not listen when I spelled my name, saying she couldn't find my reservation. This caused me a little panic and had to fumble for my phone which I had temporarily misplaced. My Expedia reservation number wan't in their sustem. Had to respell my name and lo! I was there. Lack of specifics about where to stand outside for the shuttle was frustrating the first time. Breakfast was grat and ready on time. Room was spotless and comfortable.

The front desk staff were not friendly. I self-parked and requested a parking receipt, but was told to obtain it from Expedia. Expedia does not provide parking receipts, so I called the property directly. The front desk staff either ignored my calls or placed me on hold for an extended time without resolving the issue. Breakfast options were also extremely limited. Overall, not recommended.

At check in, though the room was ready, the check in ladies were insisting that I pay a $50 early check in fee, even though one of them assured me by phone that the room was ready and available and they would wave the fee... After leaving and then coming back later and more negotiations, they finally agreed to wave the fee, but with a little attitude. There is no drinking water in the rooms, nor is there any complementary bottles available in the lobby. The breakfast was wonderful, but basic amenities and service is lacking in this hotel, and I will never stay at a Hyatt again as a result of this visit.
