Hotel bright and modern. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Room also had nightstands on both sides of the beds with charging stations for phones, which was nice. The shuttle service from LAX was quick and efficient. The pool area does smell of jet fuel (a hazard of location), so something to consider if pool area is important to your stay. One star removed because the majority of elevators were down during our stay. The wait on each floor was several people long, and most had to take an elevator up to the top to get back down to the lobby. This wasn't very convenient travelling with luggage. Staff did attempt to help by taking some people on the service elevators.
