Our room for a King suite wasn’t as clean and great looking as I hoped it would look, by the pictures. But I was a walk away from nearby food and liquor places. However the staff were very nice and welcoming once approached upon.

Walked into a room that smelled like smoke and moisture. It had a dirty towel hanging, that seemed as some wiped off their makeup with before leaving. I found pubic hair stuck on the bathroom curtain! When I told the house keeper she ignored me and handed me more towels. :( I felt gross the whole time there. On top of all that, there must have been an aunt hill where I parked my car because when I got back to my car it was an aunt infested. I mean all over the inside and outside of my car. I had to go to the store and buy aunt killer and take my car through a car wash. Would I stay here again? Never.

The room was ok. The door didn't close when we left, you have to pull it till it's completely shuts. My son didn't do that and when we came back you could just push the door open without the key. The breakfast looked good but we were in a rush so we didn't eat. The staff was super awesome. It was pretty good for the 8hours we were there. Would stay there again but next time at least half the day for the amount we paid.

The room itself was renovated and clean, and the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet was filthy looking, and the area around outside the property was very dirty with a lot of trash and a few homeless. There are a lot of food options in walking distance, as well as a 7-11. The bus stop is right out front and drops you right in front of Sofi Stadium and Hollywood Park. The staff was very friendly, especially Maria at the front desk. Very welcoming and helpful. She even called me to let me know she found my phone charger after we checked out! Made my day. She is why I’m giving a rating of 4 instead of 3. The property is okay for the price.

The front desk staff was very friendly including the rest of the hotel. The location is conveniently close to the airport. Less stress dealing with the LA traffic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had different varieties everyday. For the price of the room, i was happy, especially they had 3 beds room that accomadated all 6 of us. Thank you!
