Ac ran loud, had to call to have a service person check it and made the fan quiet. Rooms have refillable soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles, body wash became empty as it was not filled completely. Minor things, we stayed by the pool area room 346 and it was a bit loud with children by the pool. Not inconvenient but just for other visitors to be aware. I think the rooms in the higher floors would probably have been more quiet. Beds were comfortable to sleep in.

Carpets are all stained and hotel needs to be updated. Room was decent. They had construction going on which was inconvenient.

The room we stayed in was in need of some repair. Above the bathroom door is a piece of wood that had almost completely come off and you could see nails stick out. There was caulking patches all around the bathroom and they weren’t done well. The shower head had no adjustability and the water pressure was so low that you had to stand directly under it up against the wall. The safe in our room could not be opened and we called to have someone come look at it and no one ever showed up so we couldn’t use it. I felt the room was cramped with two queens and a couch and table and it made it hard to move around. I did like the sliding glass door that gave you direct access to the pool area as we were on the bottom floor. The restaurant has very good food, excellent service and great staff. Though it’s a bit pricey we dined there several times during our stay and enjoyed it. There was some confusion with the shuttle that takes you to the park on our first day though. The staff was great in organizing the line of people and even brought the kids popsicles while they waited, and bottles of water for anyone who needed it. When the shuttle arrived the driver told everyone they couldn’t have food on the shuttle so the kids had to throw their popsicles away and the staff didn’t seem to know this “rule”. When we boarded the shuttle the driver told us it was supposed to be for people with mobility issues and not for everyone. I think this was a driver issue and not a hotel issue.

Easy check in and out. Hot tub and pool were great the first day. 2nd day hot tub was cold and dirty. Also a sign said no children, but no one followed the rules. The bar at the pool was great. So was the service at the bar inside.
