First Universal Trip!

So much fun!! Excellent location from the Universal park and hotel staff was sweet and accommodating with helpful knowledge for those who aren’t used to the area (like we were!). Also offered a shuttle bus ride right to the park entrance! Hoping to be back to both Universal and this hotel at the end of the year - can’t wait! :)

Very nice hotel. Rooms aren’t the biggest, but big enough. The only negative note I have is that they charge too much for parking, the pool was freezing, the bar has very limited drink selections and the bar tenders made what they have pretty horribly, and I asked front desk for an extra blanket that was never brought to the room.

Honestly this is my first time staying here and I just want to say it was a excellent stay, the only small things I can think about that were a little bad was over the phone service with the hotel and a 20% fee when you choose to eat at the California kitchen and you can’t do anything about it but everything was perfect!
