They stuck me in the basement (terrace level). There was no terrace or table and chairs, just a sliding door that faced an alley. Carpet is stained and torn in the room and hallways. They need a renovation.

This was a little more than we usually spend on a hotel. We did because we knew it was convenient to Universal studios location. You have to pay a bunch on parking but they have a shuttle to the city and right to Universal so you save on that parking. We never had to wait long for the shuttle. Staff was great. Things are a little outdated but still clean

Great Customer Service

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Universal. I was so very convenient to the Univesal City Walk and to the Universal theme park. My TV was not working and the staff sent up a tech very quickly. He was very nice and polite. I will stay again.

I was so excited to stay here, but it was less than friendly to the disabled. Not a single soul asked to help with anything despite my obvious struggles with my cane and bags. No instructions on how to get to the theme park so I ended up walking to and from. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, as well as I found mold in my shower and baseboards. Couldn’t order room service and I could never get the menu to load. My internet service was fine so not sure what happened with that. The shower held water so I was in standing water half my shower. Major disappointment.

Great resturant on site, super convenient to walk to Universal Studio. We had great use of the pool and the hot tub! All the staffs were extremely friendly.

Great stay for universal Hollywood

Quick check in, very friendly, clean, nice room, very close to park, shuttle available and run frequently. Nice view. Will definitely use again

My husband and I had a great stay and would def stay again if we go to Universal Studios. The shuttle to and from the park to the hotel was the best part and made our vacation worry free. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
