Great Place for Weekend Trip

The hotel interior is gorgeous and in close proximity to places we wanted to visit. There was also a courtesy shuttle to Universal Studios, which was very helpful. There is a daily parking fee so whether you choose to take some sort of ride service or park at the amusement park, you’re going to pay about $30-$50 regardless. We arrived a bit earlier than we anticipated and we were able to check in a few hours early, which was extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and a sized well for our family. The restroom amenities were plentiful. I don’t think there were enough towels for a family of four, but we did not request more. We were hoping to do laundry before we came home, but there aren’t any laundry facilities at this hotel. We were on the same level as the gym and swimming pool so that was pretty convenient. Location was great, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Only gripe was that we were put on the 1st floor (below the lobby). Note that our stay was only 1 night so less than 24 hours spent.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly, and even though I reported that the room smelled and had bugs, they made me wait a long time. When they finally came, they only removed the bugs without changing the room. I was extremely uncomfortable and miserable throughout my three-night stay.
