We got at the hotel and our room wasn’t ready. Took 30mins for the stuff to finally allocate another room for us. Petty frustrating after a long flight and a petty late check out that this happen. The stuff was helpful but took them to long to make it happen

I had to clean the room myself. The reception staff were so rude and u friendly. The room was not clean, the carpet was stained and smelly. The ironing board was broken there was no coffee or cream in the room, for the 3 days I stayed there no cleaning or cleaning towels it was a horrible experience I will never go back there and do not recommend it

I like this hotel. I did my laundry while I drank my Starbucks coffee at the hotel's bistro. Later, I came back to buy a breakfast meal. All staff were friendly and yes, this was my first time in CA. So everything was beautiful to me. I would stay at this hotel again.

Be careful… damage fees

Me and my fiancé have stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great experience til my last trip in June. We stayed at the same location El Segundo. I was charged $250 smoking fee and either one of us smoke and when I called the manager, she insisted that somebody smoked in the room and refused to give me my money back. So I ended up calling customer service filing a complaint and with my credit card company. Eventually, I got my money back, but due to this situation, I refuse to book with them again.

I was very irritated at my experience here. The hotel seems to have lost there luster on cleanliness. The carpets were dirty and I smell wasn’t the best. Upon check-in I was lied to when I requested a top floor room. I checked in my room on the lower and my TV didn’t work. I went back down to front desk where they changed my room to a 3rd floor room. Ironically I check in the new room and there was hair all in the shower which not too mention the old furniture. Very disappointed from my prior stay months prior.
