The location is convenient with short distance to the airport and SoFi stadium, and the price was good. The beds were comfortable and clean. We did not have hot water for 24 hours. The staff were not super helpful with questions. I would not stay here again.

OK for a budget stay but don't expect too much. Had a couple of negative experiences in my One night stay. The first was handled well by the front desk lady, but the fire alarm pull at 5:30 am was not handled well by management or security.

Location is convient and close to LAX without congestion issues. Staff needs better training not to promise breakfast vouchers then not provide them and how to handle fire alarms. Staff were not helpful and clueless, unacceptable in case of an actual emergency.

Thankful for the late night hotel shuttle (last run is midnight). Checked in for a one night layover to be able to rest horizontally and get a fresh shower. Everything was in the room even a coffee maker, microwave and sofa. I just didn't like that the towels smelled of cigarettes.

The front desk staff was quick with the check in process and helpful with the nearest amenities. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking on site.

Stayed here for a business trip. Requested early check-in as my flight arrived early, I arrived at the hotel around 11:00am, they informed me there was an "early check-in fee" which I agreed upon at that time as It would have allowed me to go to the room and rest for awhile. Several hours later (after waiting in the lobby) at around 3:00 pm they informed me a room was finally ready. Expecting they would wave the early check in fees since I had to wait several hours and it was only an hour or so until the normal check-in time (4pm - which is late compared to other hotels, normally 2-3pm check-in). They did not inform me until check-out when they asked if I would like a receipt for the early check-in fees. Besides that, the rooms are old, smell bad, were not properly cleaned prior to my arrival.
