The room was missing hand soap in the bathroom, stains all over the floor, blood stain on my bed sheet. I expected better quality for higher end prices. The front desk was very pleasant and the shower had good pressure but the room was the disappointment.

Disappointment for Long Beach Westin

Horrible experience. Sink was clogged, after complaining, it was fixed and the contaminants of the drain were left out. Sink had residue after facilities came. Gnats were all over the lobby and eating areas. Dead plants everywhere. Broken ice machine. NOT friendly staff.

This is my fourth stay at the Westin Long Beach. I love this property and the staff. Everyone so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful and walking distance from the Pike Outlets. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant/bar was delicious with good service. This will be my first choice anytime I come back to Long Beach.
