This was our first time visit LBC. As we were unknown to the area, we relied on the staff and valet for assistance. They recommended so very incredible places and very helpful. We will be traveling and staying there again.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good. I was not aware of any free breakfast. The room was quiet and the bed quite comfortable. Pillows were great. However, the TV remote never worked. They tried to service it and replace it twice and it would work when they were there and then not work. I think it must have been the TV itself. Also, the room smelled musty when I first went in but cleared when the AC was on for a little while. If a room is not used for a while, the AC should be turned on by the hotel before it is used.

Hotel staff was helpful and restaurant food was very good and our room was clean and comfortable. Were it not for the overnight sirens from emergency vehicles, we would have rated the area 5 stars as well. All considered, we would chose to stay here again.

Very clean & comfortable environment! Check-in was quick & easy & parking was a breeze! The restaurant downstairs has many great options; I went there for dinner and breakfast. I didn't like that housekeeping never came to clean our room. I had to keep calling for towels & trash to be replaced. The bathtub sits higher than the bathroom floor, so it's a deep drop when stepping out of the shower. When stepping out of the shower, my 68 year old mom fell out & hit her head on the sink. She's got a big knot above her eyebrow

I liked how there were restaurants nearby. I did not like how much they charged for parking my vehicle. I also did not like the added Destination Fee. Parking and the fee added an extra $65 to my bill.
