We stayed in a room with a pullout for some reason we were given a handicap room ( I never indicated a need) . The mattress on a very small pull out was very old and had very little support. The front desk employee was extremely kind and offered us another room. Moved to the room which was much better lower the desk was broken and almost fell on my husbands foot. The ironing board would not stay open and kept collapsing!

Avoid this hotel

I stayed here for three nights on a solo visit to friends who live in the area. Although I frequently visit the Lowell region, I will not return to this hotel. The building is shabby, with many scuff marks along the hallways and broken door handles, and worn furniture in the room, etc. When I arrived, the room with the ice machine was blocked off because it flooded. My room was not cleaned well (as you can see in the photos) and the bathroom was pitiful: the sink's water pressure was a dribble and the shower's faucet was broken, causing me to cut myself. Additionally, the large parking lot appears to be used for various nefarious purposes after dark; I was given a parking pass for my car, but when I returned to the hotel at 10 PM, I saw many random cars with their engines running around the area. The next morning, a staff member appeared to be sleeping in her car before or after her shift (and let me just say, I'm sorry that is her situation). The breakfast is wildy overpriced -- $13 for a microwaved egg sandwich. I appreciate that the service was friendly enough so I contacted both the property and Hotels.com for a refund instead of posting something. The hotel refused to grant it. This honest review is the result. It's a bad hotel, y'all, avoid.
