Hard to beat. Lakefront location, buzzy area yet rooms quiet and spotless. Excellent breakfast served at table. Top marks to housekeeping and reception - an item left in the room was found and returned safely by post. Everyone was kind and helpful. Swiss efficiency at its best. Recommended.

This lovely property along the river was so quaint and comfy. Hannah at the front desk was extremely helpful with all of our questions about things to do in the area. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Great stay in Lucerne

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Lucerne. If you can, splurge for the balcony rooms. A beautiful view. The breakfast vouchers were nice for each morning as well. The staff was super friendly.

We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bed was wonderful. This hotel is right next to Chapel Bridge. It has a very nice restaurant. Walking distance to old town and boats for trip around the lake. We would stay here again. Enjoy!
