Great stay in Lucerne

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Lucerne. If you can, splurge for the balcony rooms. A beautiful view. The breakfast vouchers were nice for each morning as well. The staff was super friendly.

We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bed was wonderful. This hotel is right next to Chapel Bridge. It has a very nice restaurant. Walking distance to old town and boats for trip around the lake. We would stay here again. Enjoy!

Very nice and helpful reception staff offered good recommendations for dining and things to do while in Luzern. We arrived early but they were able to check us in and allowed us to safely store our luggage until our room was ready.

We loved our stay at Hotel des Alpes! The location is unbeatable, right on the water and just steps away from everything we wanted to see in Lucerne. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space, plus a balcony with such a pretty view of the city. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which really made our stay feel special. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lucerne!
