A good find

Thank goodness there was a lift to the fifth floor. The room was very small and difficult to negotiate as low beams, however felt very safe and comfortable, the bathroom was very good. I really enjoyed my stay here

It is a clean budget hotel. You have to drag your suitcase up to the first floor where the elevator is. The stairs are narrow and curvy. The check in machine is at the bottom of the stairs so you are in the way of anybody coming in and out when checking in. The top room had a low ceiling so you have to watch your head with all the beams. The location is fabulous and for a budget hotel it is fine. There are no services whatsoever but you are in the middle of the historic center so everything is walkable.

Près du centre et de la gare. Chambre au 5e étage, dans les combles. La multitude de poutres en réduit l'espace et il devient hasardeux de se déplacer dans la chambre sous peine de se cogner la tête. Aucun air climatisé. Avec la chaleur et l'humidité, c'était suffocant! Bel aspect de la chambre, mais le plancher n'était pas propre. Check-in facile à faire.

Very small room, but had everything we needed for 2 nights. Location is fantastic. Easy walk from train station and in the middle of the old town. Walk outside to a beautiful square. Food shops only 80m away. Rooms were service every day by a very professional and trustworthy woman which we didn't expect, but appreciated. Loved the bed and pillows

Great Location

I liked the self check-in, was quick and easy to use and I received a door key in no time. Room was compact, but had a great view of a beautiful Lucerne square. It was a double room, but would have been crowded with two people. I was on my own and only stayed one night, so it was just what I was looking for. No reception so no way to leave your luggage upon checkout. Luckily you can leave luggage at the train station, which is a short walk away. Can't beat the location, right in the middle of everything and only one block from the lake!

Everything was amazing. It was just that on our last day there was no electricity for almost 3 hrs in the morning because of which we missed our train connections to reach the destination (would be great if we can be compensated for that🙂). If someone was always reachable, this would have been an amazing stay because of the amazing location. Yu was very helpful and the lady responsible for cleanliness was also very helpful. ✨👌

The hotel has good spot but bad conditions.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel from 4/15-18. The Hotel doesn't have enough bath tower and garbage bag for 3 nights. It doesn't have kettle in the room. Electricity outlet is only in one side of the bed. The room light is very dim. Outside the hallway is bad smell. This place doesn't provide any help and assistance if you need. It is horrible hotel that i met so far. I won't go back and recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The TV doesn't have English channels. Unless you are only stay in one night and not driving.

Place was nice and cozy. Was also quiet especially for being in a busy area. Restaurant below serves yummy dumplings. And the bakery across serves the best chocolate brioche. Within walking distance to everything and close to the station

The shower was broken, but still usable and the sink was blocked on the first day. Other than that, the place is very convenient (in the histotic centre) and cost effective.

The property was so cold, AI was there at the end of March, 2024. The issue had been raised withtbhemanagemebt team, who said it is not something the they manage, it managed centrally. They room vet tight hard to move around.
