Thanks to Chelsea our room was very clean. We didn't have to go out to dollar store and buy extra cleaning solutions for the room like some other hotels. There were enough towel for my family in the suite, I didn't have to call the front office for more towel. Diner was at every corner of a walking distances. The breakfast was awesome" eggs, ham, premade pancake " no line- Thank God for the premade" and lots of other continental breakfast items. Will definitely stay again when I visit!

Bathrooms had black mold in shower. We actually paid for 4pm check in to following day 11am check out. Loaded a lot of our stuff in morning, went shopping for a bit, came back at 10:35 am to our room to pick up last few things and use restrooms to find a guy in our room cleaning already. We had NOT checked out early. Went to the reception desk oh we’re sorry. This should have never happened!!! We have stayed here last three years for travel, probably our last. We could have been in our room, they had no right until 11am Shame on them

There is shopping and restaurants near by. The room was clean and staff was accommodating. We stayed in a balcony queen room with sofa bed. For an older building it was nice. Would have given a five star but our bathroom door stuck, the elevator made weird noises and the wallpaper was peeling in sone spot and the balcony was tiny like the 2 chairs and table they had on it barely fit.

We was very pleased with our room. It was nicely decorated, and beautiful view of the water. We was not fond of the strong disinfection smell. Those cleaning products do more harm then helpful. Two out of three of us had respiratory problems. There was a nice breeze from the entrance of the room and we open the sliding door going out on the balcony. We was pleased that the breeze swept gently through the room and helped remove most of the strong smell.

The room was the cleanest we have ever had at this location. There were no spider webs on the balcony, there was no sand in the track of the sliding door, and the room itself was very clean. We were happy to give the housekeeper Chelsea a $20.00 tip for her efforts.

Condition of hotel is pretty dated and it should be disclosed in the description that you have to walk outside going from room to amenities in lobby, pool, or breakfast, etc. It is set up more like a motel than a hotel. It smelled awful of cigarettes whenever we came out of our room and my child has asthma. We left breakfast because all of the elderly boomers invading the place were coughing all over all the food and just being rude and not respectful of other guests.
