The stay was wonderful and everyone was super hospitable, only thing was a pipe bursted in the middle of the night and it left me and my toddler trying to figure out the best exit and once outside there weren’t any clear instructions when allowed back in. Thank goodness for the teachers that were there that took a lead on the situation.

Check in was seemless from the valet to front desk. Our room was a surge for my birthday, so we got the suite on the 9th floor with a view. 200% worth it! Huge well appointed suite with separate bedroom and huge beautiful marble bathroom. Furniture was actually comfortable, not just attractive. Dinner at hotel's restaurant The Post was fantastic. Food, cocktails and service were all above and beyond. Musician provided atmosphere and a perfect vibe without being loud and imtrusive. Our only criticism is breakfast at the restaurant was average - at best. Service was still excellent, but the food was disappointing.
