Our room had metal bars (that i assume were to hold the matress in place?)that were sticking two or three inches out from the mattress on both beds. My mother discovered this by hitting her shin on one and then my boyfriend tripped on one getting off the bed and almost dropped our son. I told the front desk about this and about a few cleanliness issues and he switched us to the attached room. Only one bar was out in there but the end had been broken off and was a little jagged.we let him know so that when we left it could be fixed. Only other issue we had was that the website says they have cribs available but when i asked i was given a pack and play. They are usable so that wouldnt have been an issue except that it was filthy when i opened it. Crusty spit up and maybe snot stains? Idk but i once again bothered the poor man at the front desk and he got me a new one which was also dirty but definitely better and he provided me clorox wipes to clean it up. Very friendly staff.

It was our second stay and the experience was as great as the first except for the breakfast options. Burritos and sausages were served most days and I thought to mention that many people do not eat pork and it would be nice to revert back to having scrambled eggs every day as it was the case when we visited a year and a half ago. Both our stays were at least one week.

Clean & Comfortable. Good for a night's stay.

It was fine for a one night's stay. There were kids running up and down the halls during afternoon and evening hours, but it stopped after 8pm, so no big deal there. Clean, comfortable and good location with dining options nearby.

When I checked in, the TV remote would not work. Went to the front desk and they gave me a new one. It didn't work either. They said they would take care of it and they didn't.

Front desk person was friendly. Breakfast had more options than expected. Good value for the price. Only minor drawback was the strong chlorine smell in the lobby from the nearby pool.

Was not able to make it and was willing to pay the one night penalty because of the late change of plans. Was charged over $400 not the rate I agreed to when I booked the room. I am sure it’s in the fine print but just disappointed.

My reservation was paid in full and was still forced to give a card for “incidentals” a credit card at that. They charged that card on check in $25. There was multiple signs threatening to charge guests $250 for different rules. Overall felt old and not up to date. Breakfast was basic we didn’t go back the second day it is what it is for free breakfast no complaints did have to tell staff to refill coffee. There was a dirty towel in our room. The bed was so hard I probably could have gotten the same sleep on the floor. Pool was nothing special hot tub jets werent very strong. My total for two nights was $477 and the extra charge of $25. We come here for competitions and I won’t be staying here again.
