The staff was great, and our room and shared spaces were all clean. The area around the hotel wasn't "beautiful", but it wasn't scary either. It was just meh. However, we weren't there for the area around the hotel. Parking was stretched out and I had to drive my mother in law to the entrance because of how far out I had to park, but that's really the only potential issue, and it was easily resolved. All in all, nice place & I'd stay again.

Parking was free, however limited had to park in the back of building that area had a few homeless people that appeared to possibly live back there. Didn’t feel safe. I only received towels when I asked. Once in the room they did not clean the bathroom when they delivered the towels, only made up one of the beds and the floor didn’t appear to be vacuumed when we arrived.

HOTEL.COM GIFT CARD EPIC FAILURE!!!!!

The Hotel.Com Check-In was an EPIC FAIL because we we had saved up and purchased a Hotel.Com GIFT CARD to use for our room payment. Only to find out upon check-in that you can only use the Hotel.Com GIFT CARD when selecting a Room with the Prepayment Option. The Comfort Inn Staff was kind enough to us into the 2 rooms we had reserved and planned to pay for with a HOTEL.COM GIFT CARD.

Has a good breakfast. Rooms were good sized . Good accessible parking. However , construction occurring on rear of building, just messy in that area. Will stay here again when needed. My wife is having multiple surgeries at. Madison East hospital and is just minutes away.
