Older property. Easy parking and walkability to restaurants. New key card system wasn’t working well. Had to get a key recoded. Pool was cold but my son enjoyed it. Bring pool toys — it’s bare bones. I specifically booked a not/pet-friendly room, but upon entering our room, dog hair COVERED the couch and pillows. So I had to make do by making a slip cover out of bed sheets.

The Hyatt is a nice hotel and the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. My complaints is that there is a pool pump sound that is hard to fall asleep to (2nd floor room), which may have been a problem due to the room location only. The tub in our bathroom didn’t drain well. The elevator floor 1 button doesn’t work well, the breakfast had a good variety of food, but it wasn’t well maintained and ran out often. Most upsetting was the coffee ran out and took 25 mins to replenish!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The motel was quiet, even though it was full of youth basketball players. Walking distance to pizza and a few other restaurants. The motel was clean. Staff was great. The bed was comfortable and a big shower. Short driving distance to Paoli, Wisconsin

Very Disappointing

It was incredibly disappointing to have reserved and paid for a suite only to be told the suite had been oversold, and this was after we were given a room key and not informed of the change. No refund or resolution was offered.
