The staff was super friendly and helpful. The convenience was top tier dining options, transportation options and attractions were in close proximity. The hotel grounds were exquisite. Our room was spacious and ladies working on our floor went the extra mile. I would definitely stay here again.

Great welcome from staff. My only complaint is that there was a free water with a pry-cap lid and no bottle opener available. On my part, I did not inquire about getting one (which I'm sure they would have provided upon request) due to time constraints during my stay.

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special.
