super nice staff at reception, specially the venezuelan guy. the hotel is remodeling, so that is a little inconvinient, but it was clean, nice and walking distance to good restaurantes and stores.

There is acute shortage of staff. One has to queue up at the reception for a simple query. Check-in and checkout procedures are cumbersome. The metro station nearby has been closed for a long time and will remain so. Bus service is inconvenient. Atocha railway station is far off.

The stay was short and godd enough; the reception was quick and the hotel was very clean and neat, though too far from Atocha train starion. I might use it on a future stay, but after checking my cards charges, I was surprised with an extra charge for no reason. I did not brae anything, I don't smoke, didn't take anything with me as I was traveling with a small carry on, so why ?
